What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The specifics can vary based on the charter type — for instance, sunset trips provide upgraded refreshments and snacks, while business charters come equipped with meeting amenities and specialized catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
For the best experience, secure your booking at least 2–3 weeks prior, especially from May to September, our busiest months. For company events and personal celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand is ideal, ensuring availability and time for personalizing your experience.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Adverse weather as declared unsafe by our captain will prompt us to either reschedule your booking or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will reach out to you a day prior if the forecast looks unfavorable.
Can I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food items and beverages. However, for a premium experience, we provide bespoke culinary services to tailor the dining experience to your tastes. Note: For safety reasons, glassware is prohibited on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
Our aim is to welcome all guests aboard. Certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped for accessibility concerns than others. Getting in touch with us prior to booking allows us to evaluate your specific requirements and guide you to the most appropriate vessel as well as arrange for any special accommodations needed.
What is the cancellation procedure?
Cancellation up to 72 hours before your scheduled departure will result in a full refund. If cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is issued. Cancellations made under 24 hours before departure will not be refundable, except in instances of weather complications or mechanical issues on our side.
